Order Processing

All orders are generally dispatched within 1 business day.

During peak periods (such as Black Friday or major promotions), dispatch may take an additional 1–2 business days.

Orders are processed on business days only (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

Shipping Carriers

All orders are shipped via Australia Post.

Bulky items may be shipped via a courier service at our discretion.

We deliver to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers.

For Parcel Lockers, please ensure the street address of the Parcel Locker location is entered correctly.

Complimentary Express Upgrade (Melbourne Postcodes)

Standard shipping orders (excluding promotional shipping offers) to the following Melbourne postcodes may be upgraded to Express Shipping at no additional charge:

3000–3062, 3064–3098, 3101–3138, 3140–3210, 3800–3801, 8000–8999, 9999

This upgrade is subject to carrier availability and operational conditions.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

You can track your parcel via Australia Post:

Delivery Responsibility

We recommend providing a delivery address where someone is available to receive the parcel during business hours.

If no one is available at the time of delivery, the parcel may be taken to the nearest Australia Post collection point.

If you choose Authority to Leave, Safe Drop, or parcel redirection, Beauty Face Forever is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels once tracking is marked as “Delivered.”

Returned or Unclaimed Parcels

If a parcel is returned to Beauty Face Forever due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer
  • Parcel not collected or unclaimed

The customer will be responsible for the return and re-delivery fee of $18.

Please contact han@beautyfaceforever.com.au as soon as possible if you believe your parcel may be returned.

Lost Parcels

Beauty Face Forever is not responsible for parcels that are lost, stolen, or delayed after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.

If a parcel is lost during transit prior to delivery confirmation, we will assist with lodging an investigation with Australia Post.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, it is sent directly to our warehouse for processing.

We cannot guarantee amendments or cancellations once an order has been submitted.

Customers are responsible for ensuring all order details are correct at checkout.
