Refund policy

Returns (Eligible Items Only)

We offer a 3-day return request window for eligible items. This means you must contact us within 3 days of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unopened
  • Unused
  • In original, sealed packaging
  • In resalable condition (no dents, tears, or damage to packaging)
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted

Skincare & Medical-Grade Products (Important) 

For hygiene and safety reasons, all skincare, personal care, and medical-grade products are final sale once opened.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

  • Any item that has been opened, unsealed, used, or tampered with
  • Products with broken seals or missing original packaging
  • Skin reactions, sensitivity, allergies, or results not meeting expectations
  • Change of mind or incorrect choice
  • Items marked final sale / sale items
  • Gift cards

This policy is in accordance with Australian Consumer Law for hygiene-sensitive goods.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of:

  • The item
  • The packaging
  • The shipping label

We will assess the issue and, where applicable, arrange a replacement or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item or confirmed fault), we will cover return shipping.
  • For all other eligible returns (unopened/sealed items only), return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Refunds (If Approved)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note: banks/payment providers may take additional time to process and post the refund.

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may have the right to cancel within 14 days.

However, this does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed. Skincare and personal care items are therefore non-returnable once opened/unsealed.
